NOTE:
The kit contains two, 19" to 31", depth adjustable rails that mount HP rack-
mountable servers, storage boxes, UPSs, and HP networking products in third-party
racks. The Depth Adjustable Fixed Rail Kit also allows for most third-party, rack-
mountable products to be mounted in HP Racks. The depth adjustable fixed rails have a
maximum weight capacity of 300 lb (136 kg).

The Ballast Option Kit is designed to provide additional stability and support
when used with the Stabilizer Kit. It is typically used when very heavy equipment is
routinely installed, removed or accessed within the rack.

The stabilizer kit is required for stand-alone 42U and 36U racks (order one kit per
Rack). 10000 series stabilizer kits CAN NOT be used on the 9000 series racks.
NOTE:
The anti-tip stabilizer kits provide stability and support when equipment is
installed, removed or accessed within the rack. Heavy Duty stabilizer kits should be
used when a single racked component exceeds 200 lbs. The 600mm wide version is to
be used with 10622, 10636, and 10642, and 10647 racks. The 800mm wide version is to
be used only with the 10842 rack. The 10KG2 22u racks AF021A and AFO22A ships with
Stabilization kit.
